Welcome. By accessing or using the website www.multihopper.com and any related applications, APIs, integrations, and services (collectively, “MultiHopper” or the “Services”), you agree to enter into this Terms of Service Agreement (“Agreement”) between you and MultiHopper.

This Agreement incorporates the MultiHopper Privacy Policy by reference and governs your access to and use of the Services.

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not access or use the Services.

1. Definitions

• “We”, “us”, “our” refers to MultiHopper.
• “You”, “your”, “user” refers to any individual or entity accessing or using the Services.
• “Digital Assets” refers to cryptocurrency, digital tokens, or blockchain-based assets.
• “Transaction” refers to any routing, bridging, swapping, sending, obfuscation, or transaction executed via MultiHopper routing infrastructure.
• “Blockchain” refers to any decentralized distributed ledger network.

If you use the Services on behalf of a company or legal entity, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity.

2. Scope of Services

MultiHopper provides transaction-routing, privacy-enhanced transaction infrastructure, and multi-hop execution across blockchain networks. MultiHopper enables users to route Digital Asset transactions through multiple blockchain hops, protocols, and liquidity sources in order to improve privacy, execution efficiency, and censorship resistance.

MultiHopper does not:

• custody funds
• hold assets
• broker trades
• act as a financial institution
